The Rentvoy search experience. Listings retain their source so renters can continue to the original platform.

The project

One product. The whole build.

Agency7 built Rentvoy from the first strategy conversations through the complete product. We continue to look after its SEO, maintenance, expansion, and next ideas.

Rentvoy started with a familiar problem: too many rental platforms to search, without a consistent way to compare listings or assess trust. The product brings that information into one experience for renters.

Agency7 handled strategy, design consultation, technical development, scraping, authentication, SEO, DNS, and hosting. Rentvoy is client work; Anders also holds an equity stake in the business.

Our role

  • Strategy & design
  • Full development
  • AI & aggregation
  • Identity & authentication
  • SEO
  • Hosting & DNS

01 / The problem

Finding a listing is only the beginning.

Renters still need to compare rent, space and features, understand what a listing leaves out, and work out which claims deserve another question. Moving between platforms makes that harder.

The brief was to bring search and useful context together, while keeping the source of each listing and the reasoning behind its ratings visible.

02 / What we built

The pieces, working together.

Cross-platform rental search

An aggregator with map-based discovery and listing details, bringing rental information from different platforms into a common browsing experience.

AI estimates with context

An assessment of value, space, features, and listing completeness. The interface distinguishes available information from details the source listing does not provide.

An explained trust rating

A separate view of address-related signals such as permits, zoning, asking price and local records. It explains flags and points renters to the source information.

AI-assisted conversations

A leasing assistant answers from listing information and hands questions requiring the landlord into an SMS conversation. The public-record rating and the AI assistant serve distinct purposes.

Identity and access

Account authentication and identity-related flows form part of the product build, alongside the interfaces used by renters and landlords.

The foundations after launch

SEO, DNS, hosting and maintenance are part of the same relationship as the product itself, with continued expansion and idea generation.

03 / How it works

From scattered listings to a useful decision.

A simplified view of the renter experience. AI estimates describe the listing; record checks provide additional context rather than a guarantee of authenticity or safety.

  1. 01

    Bring listings together

Gather rental information from multiple platforms and keep the original source attached.

  2. 02

    Make the details comparable

Present rent, location, property details and available features in a consistent interface.

  3. 03

    Explain the signals

Show the AI estimate separately from public-record checks, with reasons and missing information made visible.

  4. 04

    Continue the conversation

Explore the original listing or use the available contact experience to ask the next question.

Two views of the same listing.

The AI estimate considers the listing’s details. The separate address rating explains public-record signals and flags. Renters can see the reasoning behind each.

04 / The result

Live, and still early.

  • A complete rental platform bringing aggregation, ratings and AI-assisted features into one product.
  • Early visibility in organic search and AI answers, reported by the project team. Sales have not yet followed; it is too early to claim commercial results.
  • An ongoing development relationship, with SEO, maintenance, expansion and product ideas continuing after launch.

After launch

The launch was a starting point.

Agency7 continues to handle SEO and maintenance, plan the next improvements, and help the team develop new ideas. That keeps the product's direction connected to the people who know how it is built.
