I’m not sure what I need. Can we start there?
Absolutely. You do not need a technical brief. Tell us about your business, your current website (if you have one), and what you want to improve. We take time to understand before recommending a scope.
What is included in the starting price?
Each package includes the pages and features listed above, with two rounds of revisions. Starting prices assume you provide the copy and images. Copywriting, additional pages and extra features can be added to your written quote. All prices are in CAD, plus GST.
How soon can my website launch?
Single-page and typical five-page small-business sites take 1–2 weeks once scope, content and account access are ready. Blog and e-commerce projects take longer, as shown in the packages. Your written quote confirms the timeline for your project.
Why do you need access to my accounts?
Connecting your domain, hosting and other services can require account access. We explain what is needed and why, use written contracts and password managers, and take time to walk you through the setup. Your accounts remain yours.
Can I update the website myself?
If your website includes a CMS, you can edit the content managed there yourself. Video walkthroughs and an AI assistant help you manage the site. A CMS is included in Business + Blog and can be scoped into other packages.
What happens after the two months of support?
Ongoing support is optional and starts at $50 CAD/month for bug fixes, content updates and minor design changes. More involved support costs more, depending on scope. Hosting is $20 CAD/month separately, including during the initial support period. Hosting plus the starting support plan is $70 CAD/month after the two included months. GST and applicable third-party costs are extra.
Do I keep my website if I stop support?
Yes. You own your website, code, domain, content and accounts. Ending support does not change your ownership. You can manage the site yourself or work with someone else.
How do payments work?
50% to book and 50% at launch. Your written quote sets out the scope, payment schedule and any additional costs before work begins.
Will my new website rank on Google?
We include on-page SEO foundations so search engines can understand your site. Rankings and enquiries are not guaranteed. Ongoing SEO can be scoped separately if you want help building your search visibility after launch.
